Refund policy
Most items purchased at Judaica Selections by The Israeli Source can be returned for a refund within seven (7) days, or for store credit or exchange within thirty (30) days.
The following items, however, are final sales and may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances:
- Any item commonly used with food (if it appears that it may possibly have been used)
- Special order products, whether personalized/customized or not
- Food items
- Garments (if it appears that it may possibly have been used)
- Sukkot products (including, but not limited to: sukkahs, schach, arbah minim products, decorations, etc)
- STaM products (Mezuzot and Tefillin)
- Any items not in their original saleable condition
- Any items marked as final sale on in-store signage
- Donations collected on behalf of third parties
Holiday-specific items may not be returned for refund or store credit/exchange once the holiday has begun, even if within the regular refund or exchange time period.
Damaged items may only be returned if it can be ascertained that the item was in a damaged state at the time of purchase.
Items sold with warranties may not be returned for service, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
Defective kitchen appliances (eg., warming trays or hot water urns) cannot be accepted for return; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage or service.
